01 Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Answer: Yes, absolutely. Once you complete your reservation on our website, you will receive an automated “Reservation Received” email. After your payment is verified (via Flutterwave or Bank Transfer), a final “Booking Confirmed” email will be sent to your inbox containing your booking ID and check-in details.
02 Can I cancel or change my booking?
Answer: Yes, we understand that plans can change. You can request a cancellation or modification by contacting our support team via email or phone at least 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Please note that refund policies may vary depending on your specific room rate and the timing of your request.
03 What payment methods are accepted?
Answer: For your convenience and security, we accept all major Nigerian Debit/Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve) through our secure Flutterwave gateway. We also accept Direct Bank Transfers. For guests who prefer to pay upon arrival, please contact our front desk to secure your reservation.
04 What time is check-in and check-out?
Answer: Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on room availability.
05 Is my payment information secure?
Answer: Yes, your security is our top priority. Our website uses SSL Encryption to protect your data, and all financial transactions are processed through Flutterwave, a leading and PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Oasis Hotel & Suites does not store your card details on our local servers.
